I place my order from this company On November 25 and have yet receive my order. I have emailed every possible option to reach out to these people and give them the opportunity to remedy the situation by sending my order out or at the very least give me a refund. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING BACK AT ALL STILL TO THIS DAY! And then today I get a email asking me how I have enjoyed my purchase! And on top of that it comes from the same email that.I used to try and get an update as to why my order has not shipped yet. Absolute worst. Experience i have ever had buying anything from any where! Now the only choice I have is to reach out to my bank and have them investigate the transaction as fraudulent to get my money back. Do not buy from these people, I repeat do not buy from these people!
